Refund policy

  1. Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. If the product is delivered to you in damaged condition we are open to exchange of the product under the given conditions:
    1. We currently do not accept return/refund of any product. However only on receiving a damaged product we exchange the product.
    2. A proper opening video of the package is compulsory without any pause/break failing to which exchange would not be considered.
    3. Send us the opening video of the same via mail to contact@czarr.fashion
    4. The problem should be reported within 7 days of the delivery.
      1. To initiate your exchange please submit your exchange request within 7 days of your order delivery by writing a mail on contact@czarr.fashion.
      2. You will need the order no and the email or contact number associated with your order to initiate exchanges.
      3. All Final Sale items are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE.
      4. If a product is defective, it can be exchanged for a new product at no additional charge by submitting an exchange request via mail.
      5. We try our best to deliver products in the right conditions by multiple quality control checks. In a very rare case, a defect may pass unnoticed. In such a case, please submit an exchange request and include the package video, as soon as you receive your order.
      6. We are not responsible for any damages caused to the packaging during transit but if you notice any damage to the product, submit an exchange request immediately within 7 days of receiving the package for possible resolution.
      7. All customized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
      8. We'd request you to return your items in original condition and in original Czarr packaging.
      9. Please allow 10-15 days to process the return.

    6. Notes: Some of our products may contain natural embellishments and are handcrafted. These may cause irregularities and will not be considered as a defect. We made every effort to display the product color as accurately as possible. However, the resolution and color composition of each computer monitor varies, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colors of products displayed on our website.
