Due to the hygienic nature of jewelry, we do not accept returns. Once jewelry has been received, we cannot ensure it hasn’t been worn, and cleaning or refinishing could compromise the finish.
However, we happily offer free exchanges if you receive the wrong item or if the product arrives damaged. In such cases, please contact us within 2 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange the exchange at no extra cost to you!
